This project was for Vitapod (vitapodworld.com), an e-commerce start-up, drink system company that dispenses vitamins, electrolytes, and minerals into your water. I joined the team pre-launch as the lead designer and had full ownership over product decisions and creative direction.

Project summary
I redesigned the Vitapod World website 1-2 months before launch. This included developing the brand, style guide, a library of iconography and photography assets. Below are some of the visual design projects I was working on alongside of the web/mobile designs.

ISSUE AT HAND
How can unique and distinctive assets help elevate a brand?
FINAL ICONOGRAPHY LIBRARY
After researching icon creation and similar brands with custom-made icons, I was able to finalize our iconography library. While a unique icon library wasn't our top priority, it was definitely important to Vitapod's brand and first launch in order to stand out. A distinctive icon library can help a brand feel more thoughtful, professional, and reliable.
REDESIGNING THE ICONS
Below I use the "30 Day Guarantee" icon as a prime example. The clock did not accurately symbolize and relate to this important message. Instead, I rebranded the clock into a badge to represent this guarantee and included the number 30 to stand for the time aspect.
INSTAGRAM STORY HIGHLIGHTS
Can be seen on Vitapod’s Instagram page here. I designed these Instagram story highlights taking old elements from the previous style guide and changing the colors to match our current brand.
STICKER DESIGN SKETCHES
I start by sketching out a few rough ideas I have for stickers in the Procreate app. Here are some of my favorite concepts.
STICKER CHOICES
Then, I moved to Illustrator to turn my drawings into vectors. These designs were made for a sticker pack that would be free with every Vitapod Go purchase. I created a wide variety of sticker options to choose from.
